Yep buddy, you're wholly right here. As you've right said in Asia "very talkative and chatty guys" are seen as effeminate. This is likely owing to how the feminine or effeminate personality has not been imposed all over unlike in the west, where it's almost the standard personality. 

That's why effeminate and estrogenic chatty guys are so valued in the west. The authorities want everyone to be like a girl to easily manipulate the population and achieve their goals.

Its a well known science proofed fact that testosterone impairs verbal function in the brain and makes you non talkative/less talkative

Estrogen does the opposite, it makes you more talkative

Thats  why women talk 3x more than men

And its also why homosexual men are as chatty n talkative as women are (homosexual have high estrogen in their brains/feminine brain wiring)
