in first world sense yeah probably, south korea and  maybe japan(too?) could have lan cafe as cultural phenomenon.
otherwise its poor countries where most ppl dont have pcs, living in third world sucks but i feel like gaming is ez way to make friends. i made fuckton online/off in my city.
maybe mobile gaming is more social now.
