Took 1 gram of L-Theanine powder
- significantly reduced social anxiety (i dont feel self concious about my facial expressions, i dont get nervous ticks while around others, no tension in nerves and muscles while around others) also significantly reduced agoraphobia
- better focus
- better mood
- lower stress
Ok so what is L-Theanine for those who dont know; its the amino acid found in Tea, but when taken at high doses in supplement powder form it increases production of GABA, Serotonin, Dopamine and Alpha brain waves in the brain. L-Theanine is sort of like the Calming/Anti anxiety version of caffeine but which exists in Tea , not coffee
