Priapism is a condition where a male has a 100 % erection for LONGER THAN 4 HOURS. this might be kinda dangerous though idk..but the point is a 4 hour long full erection will cause microblasts and penis will grow significantly right after the priapism..a man got megallophallus as a result of having priapism
