The modern world is plagued with distractions left and right so you are never bored anymore and there is always something to keep you occupied with.
I would describe I as highly poisonous and addictive. I would stay away at all costs no matter what.
Yes, in the same category and they are both equally disgusting. Music is high addictive and it's over if you are listening to it 24/7 and turning it on for the smallest chore. Porn is just disgusting anyways but same thing.
Being bored is good of course, and you need to teach your brain to live with itself and properly reward you for doing good things instead of drowning it with endlessness hedonistic pleasure from day in till day out.
Genuinely evil invention, smart-phones are used to track you and are the gateway to bringing all the hedonistic demons with you on the go. If you have a cucked government like mine then you probably NEED a phone to make payments and sign up for shieeeet without any sort of assurance on how your data is used.
That being said, it's not like using a phone =/ the end of the world but you should first things first uninstall YouTube, Music players, Games and any social media apps.
Plus points if you are able to buy a new phone and install something like GrapheneOS on it.
Is there anything more obnoxious and disgusting than someone just using their phone in public? I've always found it utterly obnoxious and annoying to no end. At least I never built up such a habit of taking out my phone the moment my mind isn't constantly stimulated. It's genuinely poison.
You can still watch movies and play games if you want but I'd limit them greatly. Keep them to a minimal and make sure you do important stuff before.
