yeah. food and exercising won't be a problem, dropping alcohol will. i'm too used to those artificial highs at this point, be it wine or the pills
my weight goes up and down easily, i guess it's a height + body type thing; it's just that i've never even tried to get fit, and, by that, i don't even mean rigorous regimes of diet and working out, just at least exercising SOME control over what i eat and how active i am
