It's probably the jewpills he is being fed in the ward that are meant to make him fat and idle. He needs someone physically there to guide him in order to break free from the loop. I kinda feel sorry for his situation but it is what it is.

Some men are too far gone to help themselves, and if no one is there to help them, they are as good as dead.
