As someone still in medschool, the amount of idiots I'm surrounded by is laughable and they only get through tests by spending hours in a library everyday after school 

It's literally just pay to play.

amazing how you can just coast after passing med school. they never audit doctors at all because people would raise such a massive fuss over their gods authority being brought into question

thankfully they will be a thing of the past soon, as will all forms of welfare  

keeping people like me alive constitutes cruel and unusual punishment imo. i need to be killed immediately
