this motherfuck is basically telling this stuff and claims its gonna make you a millionaire. ouch. he says "say something like "i am so happy now that i am successful" 20 times a day for a year and it will make you a millionaire. what a charlatan. he also says mundane things like:
1. Diet
No breakfast
Lunch at 1pm with no carbs
2. Morning
More calmness=more focus
No Alarm
Exercise
Meditate
Go to work
3. Awareness
Internal stimuli(your mind)
External stimuli(environment)
Write down all distractions you had in one day every day for 30 days(analysis of your distraction)
4. Meditation
Start small,focus on breathing and nothing more
(LOOP)Breath->thought in mind-> you saw thought and got rid off it-> back on breathing,point is to do this loop as fast as possible
5. All or nothing
Finish what you started,you listening to music,listen to the end,talking with friends,dont look at phone... and so on
6. Environment
Change your physical environment
Change your digital environment(use UnDistracted and adblocker)
