That’s arguably far worse seeing as:

1. Algorithm rewards the most emotive, provocative, political stories
2. It’s filled with people like me (mentally-unwell, house-bound twerps who have a desire to possess and share opinions (I believe these are referred to as “hot takes” in tweety land) on every conceivable topic) and encourages their unhealthy behaviour

1. dont use the 'for you' algorithm garbage page. just follow good accounts and that's all the content you'll ever see 
2. don't follow these people
