I started going for late night walks lately

I love the chilly weather at nights/mornings before 11am. Anything from 30-50F (0-10C). It’s finally hoodie weather, which is great because I can hide my dumbo ears 

Yes I look at the weather app and if it cracks 10C, then Winter Gear is mandatory.

It hasn't happened yet this season, I went outside just briefly to repark my car


and to check my VO2Max which climbed 0.3 since yesterday to 31.3 ng/dL
