cant cope with alcohol anymore

took about 6 years of heavy drinking (probably averaging out to 70 drinks per week) for it to happen, most early warning sign was a throbbing pain below my right rib cage circa 2020. last drink was 5 days ago. idk. just saying to watch out for that i guess if you're still drinking
