took 14g of baking soda and waited 50 mins before pullup set.
proceeded to hit 20 reps of fat gripz pullups. new pr: improved pullups by 6 reps in past couple weeks (context: been doing pullups every week for past year).
improved bench by 1 rep since last week (did same weight to test if improvement)
best placebo ive ever had.
