First off, why are you so triggered by my comment buddy boy?
Second, there have also been some counter-studies that didn't find any significant diefferences between supposed effects of sodium bicarbonate and a placebo effect.
My point is, if it was nearly even 80% confimed to make a big impact, wouldn't doctors of sports medicine be recommending this to practically everyone that steps foot in a gym?
C'mon, use your brain dipshit...
im triggered because you managed to make one of the stupidest posts in bookism forum history. i hate this sort of ignorant closemindedness
"doctors of sport medicine" do recommend it to professional athletes; as i've already said, there are many olympic athletes, professional cyclists, horse racers, runners etc. who already use it. and as ive also already said, there are HUNDREDS of studies showing that there sodium bicarbonate produced a significant improvement in performance
do i 100% believe it can have an significant impact on gym performance? no, or else i wouldnt ask others to try it to see if it makes a difference. but what i hate is little ignorant twerps trying to pooh-pooh an idea because it seems novel
