there was a guy like that when i worked as a cashier. morbidly obese and really, really, really stinky. 
my coworkers would make excuses to go hide in the back when they saw him standing in line. i almost gagged while serving him once

This was such a horrible stench I wonder if that guy is insane and how a human can even smell so bad.
