No actually I mentioned these traits such as frame, height, natural muscle tone already in my original post.

You just need to be 4-5 honestly. And most of 4-5 appeal comes from frame, natural muscle tone, height and how you come across to people in social settings. 

Because as long as you don't have any failos in frame, muscle tone or height, you won't look like an incel
