redditors say they do well w 40 and others are at peak at 15, the range given is 10-50 pg/dl for estradiol (e2) in healthy males. You think its worth lowering? last time i went on ai , i felt good first week but then my libido went to 0 and i was dosing extremely low (4 mg of aromasin twice  a week)

There are several ranges because in pre-med some say up to 40ish is acceptable while others say 55 is also the maximum acceptable
