why is jim carrey even classified as a comedian?

I can’t believe Liar Liar used to be funny as a kid

That type of humor just didn’t age well at all

I feel like the bar for humor was so fucking low in the 1990s and he hasn’t adapted to the fact that it’s different now. Yet, people still find him funny, it’s an enigma to me 

I think it’s just his aura

exactly. his stuff is a bit old, and it makes no sense to evaluate humor/any type of social meta outside of its time

and yeah, he's not exactly the definition of likeable
