yeah but the fact that this happened is fascinating. imagine the insane butterfly created by some small communities and often bunch of friends in a discord channel. originated by some random joke someone posted, as a OG you get the see the evolution of human language and how it works and how new shit is made.
and how all humans are essentially connected. makes you think that this is probably how most terms are created.

it's always originated from specialized communities. like a group of miners, because they used the term hammering or sth idk, a lot when talk to each other. they started to shortening it to haming, and word got out because people in bars could hear their conversations, then some people used it and slowly it became a new word.
