what can i do to understand fast talkers better? i have trouble focusing, remembering

yea, i have that problem too. It's hard to understand when they're blazing by at 100 mph, and I have a good grasp of the english language already. Maybe just focus harder idk, turn off loud music if you can't understand wtf they are saying n shut.
