Israel wants to nuke iran.

Unless Israel faces an existential threat, there is nothing to be gained for Israel by nuking Iran. 

Israel has never threatened any country with a nuclear attack, nor has it consistently labeled any country “a cancer that must be removed”, etc. the way Iranian leaders have spoken multiple times about Israel
