thats not how it works

say your smartness starting value is 100

if in day one you become 1% smarter so 1.01x100 so 101

then in day two you will be 1.01 x 101, which is different than to say 1.02 x 100 (what you are saying).

so how smart will you actually be? Easy to figure out.

If you start with 100, you will end up with 100 * 1.01^(365) =3778.343

whereas with your method: 3.65*100=365 because you didn't calculate the compound growth
