don't forget that people said that creative work would be the last to be replaced or will never be replaced. just lol. they're on track to be the first to go with midjourney, other AI art software that can already draw complicated, more beautiful, more pristine works of art than human counterparts.
comp sci/software engineering, we're already seeing massive layoffs. NVIDIA CEO discouraging kids to even learn it, saying that there will be no need for it in the future and ought to/rather specialize in fields like chemistry and biology. and why tf would anyone hire today's generation of comp sci students when much of them are cheating through their CS degree

there is no innovation that has ever had the same potential of reach and calamity like AI. It will touch everything, every industry, fundamentally change our relationship to work. How we learn. How we communicate. Agriculture. International warfare and treaties. Privacy. Psychology. Physiology.
UBI will be inevitable in developed countries.
