Regarding this thing you're just like me, @Bookist . I'd also prefer a non nt women, one with executive dysfunction the most so she could understand me, but as it's mostly a male condition it's not like I'm gonna get one anytime soon.

No such thing as a "non-NT" woman, all biological women are NPCs.

Yep, you're right. 99% of women seem to be of the "hypersocial and npc"-like personality, I already observed it a long time ago. It's just likely 1% of women that may be non-nt.
