we are 4-5 years away from having full blown character AIs with god tier live video capabilities.
and then give the humanoid robot tech another 10 years and then another 10 years for the actual ultra realistic human like feel.

that's 25 years tops, and then 1-2 years to have the IoT connectivity for all the bots, and then 2-3 years for building the actual park itself.

30 years in total

Westworld is so close and I'll be the one pioneering it
