I need to offer less money for something than it is worth.
Example: a playstation 4 is worth 100 dollars. So i offer 73 dollar for it and if the guy is dumb, he sells it to me.
Basically shortchanging
Can be done with every product and service.
Its all leverage numbers game traffic etc
