[Theory] It must be like hell to live in Croatia

First of all, when I was there on a vacation I've noticed that country itself is beautiful, it has all from beautiful nature to clean see, solid tourism.
I was in Istria which is under Italian influence and it seems that they pretend like they are cooler than the rest of the country, which never fulfilled it's potential. Renting in larger town is almost impossible.
What is evident is that Euro raised the prices of everything and most people are poor and lower middle class. Also Croatian men are well groomed and low inhibition which makes it even worse for incels.

it is the most developed and liberal part of the country. mostly because of the location, they were barely affected by the war.
