[Aspie] anyone have idea how to get denser muscles

martial arts, push ups, running

does endurance training actually help with it? on google i get high intensity strength training as answer instead. but on other hand that sandow guy seems to have done high rep high volume training, and he doesnt look like jello, not even because he is low bf or black and white pics, plenty are lean but barely any look like him
i just wanna be same size but be couple few kgs more by end of this year
