thinking your average moneymaxxing subforum dweller is capable of even finding pertinent laws in their country online is equal to believing these forums are full of "chadlites" who are only accidentally 20+ yo virgins and rage about female standards every day for years.
I don't understand why you think it is impossible, you can always phone an accountant relative and ask for advice at the very least
some countries even allow tax fraud so economy will grow and they can always arrest people for tax fraud if they do something government isn't particularly fond of
