wittgenstein was a schizophrenic fag who changed his opinion on the topics of his interest every two weeks. no idea where did you find this negative iq interpretation of his writings (read the prologue to tractatus), but this is from the period where he made at least some sense:

quote is not even an oxymoron in itself, for bragging purposes he says he is wise yet denies wisdom, then it is even more bragging with describing pain tolerance as high pedigree via an implied self-directed ad hominem, as a troubled philosopher turned celeb.
