Make a subforum containing all the best threads called "library of literature"

we need this but not redundant. call it 'Looks Literature' with 'Library of the Best' as the sub-header

also can you rename Books Theory to Shitty Advice with 'Books Theory' as the sub-header? @kathisterima or at the very least make the sub-header for it 'Shitty Advice'
