You slave for money so you can feel more comfortable. Discomfort is torture, and you work so you don't have to feel it. If everyone felt comfortable 24/7 without having to work society wouldn't exist. Once you become an expert at torture you can leave the matrix, until then you suffer like a whipped slave.
