My gameplan to fight bad feelings

Avoid stimulants therefore lower cortisol - quit coffee and nicotine - they suck
Do some intense cardio early to feel better
Eat whatever I want if it’s 2000 Kcals max in total
Use Kratom to feel good and high
Smoke high cbd bud to calm my thoughts - slower thought speed - also the pain relief is like 2 Tylenol 
Train my neck and shave for a more attractive face

What else?
