And I'm still not lean enough. I need to eat only broccoli and chicken breasts and macaroni and do burpees all day

Why aren't you on dnp, it'll force u on keto, you'll no longer be alcoholic etc, you'll eat less and be more lethargic n annoying to everyone around you (this is a good thing) and it'll encourage you to double how much water u drink
