The body takes 150 days to replace its mass. 7% of that is capillaries. 20% of the mass is replaced per year. Square this to 4%. The capillary mass grows 4% per year due to a doubling of the muscle fiber ratio halving the capillary to fiber ratio.
The end result is capillaries take over the body by age 67. This is delayed a few years because infants have a better ratio. So heart disease is inevitable as capillary to fiber ratio increases.
