does studying exponentially increase ur metabolism?
#1
ive been grinding 10hrs/day studying for the past 3 days

i have noticed i significantly feel lighter, im unironically super active in the short 10 min breaks i take inbetween, walking around the house with good speed, feeling hungry a lot more, and feeling good when eating carbs as compared to having a feeling of "fuck i feel lethargic" post eating carbs

is this just a placebo or is there some scientific backing to this?

most i can come up with is, my glycogen levels tanking gigafast since all of it is going to my brain and the body speeding up metabolism to keep glycogen in check

What’s your exam on?

It's called The Methodology of Writing Scientific Works

and the exam is to submit a paper but also present it with Powerpoint slides and a narration

So in around 30 hours from now, it will be known whether I passed the exam.

The likelihood is yes
