But what about outright scams? In a successful scam, the victim has also paid money.

So therefore someone paying does NOT prove value.

Actually economy started as 100% agriculture but then through productivity it was possible to lower the percentage to 1%. And the rest of humanity's efforts now go towards industry and services, mostly the latter.

So capitalism is the reason you have food
