Do they have children and then suddenly realise that it's harder than they thought, and don't have the motivation for it? Or did they have children with no intention of ensuring their success?
It seems like only a minority of parents make sure their kids play sports, don't allow them to watch TV/play videogames all day, make sure they're well-groomed and dressed, ensure that they are doing well in school etc.
Meanwhile, the majority of parents are fine with setting their kids in front of phones or tablets, and feeding them junkfood, and not helping them with school-work.
Like wtf is this? This whole situation seems to be another pretty solid piece of evidence that most people aren't conscious to their actions.
