- drinking 1 gallon (3.7 litres) of water everyday, not at once, but throughout
- doing 300 neck curls, 200 neck extensions, 100 axial rotations (seeing left and turning ur head to see ur right), 200 lateral extensions (each side 200) (bending head sideways), split into 3-5 sets depending on ur choice
- eating 200 gram protein, get protein target out of ur way, and then eat whatever processed crap u want
- brush ur teeth
- take a shower
- be in the sun for 30 mins
- sleep 8-9 hours
this sounds really simple but not even 1 person, i assure you, no on in our community, including myself, is doing ALL these 7 things (maybe gigachad bebe) but u get my point
