how badly is milk going to fuck me up if i drink liter a day. will eat some fruits+nuts and eggs too but wont be able to eat meat often. probably 5 times out of 3 weeks.
or do i go with grains? which is gonna fuck me up more. i sperged out and blew 60% money i had on csgo gambling

could have gotten lefort 3 instead. milk is really cheap, should be better than grains right?
gonna have to survive like this for 20-25 days

all milk sold in stores is either
- pasteurized if very pure ("pure healthy milk with fat")
- made from water with calcium and chalk and oil and other crap ("Skimmed milk", "vegan milk", etc)
- reduced to remove all the nutrients ("low fat milk")
- made from nuts ("almond milk", etc)
only drink if it is is unpasteurized, unheated, straight from cattle, preferably from a farmer u know

those r a big deal for some vegetables tbh, the algae stuff vegans use as supplement because lack of meat vitamins, blocks vit b12, some vegetables too high in oxalates, basically kidney rape, meat substitutes = bad, ect
but impossible to generalize
