Less than 1500-1700 if u count chicken and eggs and some beef

250g-300g of protein is 1000-1200 kcal, you have only 500 kcal left for carbs and fats  Huh

you will legit feel full at that point I don’t even think you’ll want to have carbs or fats more at that point. It makes you feel full and energetic

They suggested an upper limit of 25% or 2-2.5 g/kg, "corresponding to 176 g protein per day for an 80 kg individual", but stated that humans can theoretically use much larger amounts than this for energy.[10] For arctic hunter-gatherers, the amount can seasonally increase to 45%.[11] Protein intakes above 35% of energy needs have also been shown to decrease testosterone and increase cortisol levels.[12] This is thought to be part of the body's attempt to upregulate the urea cycle, and increase nitrogen excretion.[12]

Ok if they decrease T levels, explain how animals take eat amount of protein are high t (disregarding humans cuz most humans who consume that level of protein are on steroids)

Also what kind of Testosterone levels are we talking about here?
What if the cortisol is in cortisonone form (precursor to Test in fact).
And what % of this stress comes from eating protein and not modern day lifestyle?
u dont use that much protein so u have to convert it to glucose(for energy) which is stressfull cus unnesscary process

eskimos eat high protein cus thats all they can eat and have adapted to converting it to glcuose

cats also do this but they are more adpted to it

Gluconeogenisis (converting excess protein into glucose) is only for the brain and it happens fairly fast with the right enzymes in ur body. Ur body gets optimized to it after a certain time as with any body process and you won’t be stressed after that

Most of the protein is used to repair ur body — everything from ur muscles soreness to your eyes to your skin to your hair. We need protein for everything

if ur not in ketosis ur body will need to convert protein for energy its that simple

you don't need more than 100g unless you're on steroids and in the gym 24/7

you could gain muscle eating nothing but rice, honestly

.....

fully agree with veganist here
