How do I make the doctor prescribe me Amitryptiline?

Im chatting with online doctor but all he wants to do is increase my Sertralin dosage from 100 to 125 mg. I told him Sertralin didnt work for me and I need a change to Amitriptyline , but he doesnt seem to understand

Why is it so hard to just prescribe the medication that actually works?

How do I find Amitryptiline on blackmarket or any online pharmacy shop that sells prescription antidepressants? Do you know any online shops?
