Cold showers for 30 seconds are the equivalent of two shots of espresso 

When I start getting depressed I build in these anti-depression regiments that have worked well 

1. Wake up at 4:30AM 

2. No drugs/caffeine/cigarettes

3. Cardio exercise

4. Fasting 

5. Bed early

6. Meditation 

Does anyone else have any good things they do to combat depression?

Get fully sober off all drugs and prescription meds. 

No more caffeine. 

Wake up that early just one day 

I guarantee after two days of forcing yourself up that early your ass will be out like a fucking light at 8PM my boy 

Try it and report back. No excuses anymore.

You're young. I went to rehab twice, got kicked out of multiple schools, got hooked on drugs, hooked on paying for sexy, pornography, Xanax, klonopin, hung out with dangerous people etc. etc. 

Anyone can turn this shit around by utilizing the proper willpower and concerted daily effort. 

Stop being a victim and take control.

what do you eat

I eat whatever in the two hour eating window. 

Burritos, vegetables, protein bars, eggs

I think it would be cool to eventually get it so my two hour eating window was all vegetarian but that's kind of fucking hard

it has improved my skin immensely (you naturally eat way less sugar) and it has made it so much easier to sleep tbh
