Which brings us to my analysis. Keep in mind I haven't watched the movie and I won't watch the movie. I'll check wikipedia once it updates the synopsis/ summary section to see if I'm right

But this is just another muh deconstructivist/revisionist " did you know your ancestors were all indiscriminately violent idiots?" Subversive tripe.

"Ummm violence is bad acshully"(even though we casually support, encourage, and secretly wish it daily on social media against people we disagree with politically)



The goal of this type of "your ancestors solved things with violence, and that is bad" content is to discourage you from any kind of notion of self sufficiency and self governance so you must rely entirely on the system to think and act on your behalf. 

We can never be allowed to celebrate even myths and legends of idealized figures, they must be dragged down to the level of the modern street criminal so anytime we aspire to radical thinking and behavior we are reminded that it solves nothing asksshully.

This is why the antifa redditor and critics are hyper focused on whether it's pro rich or not, because they support violence, but only against approved groups. And this movie is causing cognitive dissonance within them because it doesn't explicitly affirm their world view. You will see one guy cope and claim that when Robin hood lies about only harming bad people to spare the feelings of the prioress, even though we know he killed their family, that he's telling the truth and the movie is anti rich acshully

The movie makes it explicit that he doesn't only harm "bad people" the entire premise of the film only works if that is a lie, yet redditors still cope to preserve the fragile false reality in their mind where self serving 80 IQ criminals are heroes and highly disciplined precise autistic savants who never harmed a soul that didn't deserve it are the bad guy and can never exist or be allowed to exist as it threatens any justification for the modern system of morality.

The problem with these movies is how they preachily ascribe modern FALSE moral values based on intricately fabricated lies to actions of our ancestors that were taken rationally based on readily observable robust universal truths

So funny these are the same mouth breathers who worship Batman because he never kills people or some other arbitrary moral consideration that makes zero sense in the modern era, yet every hero figure from the past has to be turned into some incompetent self serving retarded mass murderer
