Ethnics gravitate towards the nearest white because the know that is the most reliable source of comfort and safety. You have to proactively harm ethnics to get rid of this conditioned behavior.

Some ethniks do this as an intimidation tactic. They'll take their phone out and scream in brown language as loud as possible. Being loud is a sign of dominance in their primal brains, and they know that you are bitched by your uprising and won't say something back.
