The more fruit juice i have the better i feel. In the past i mixed fruit with high fat carnivore which was stupid. Fruit by itself mogs tho. Finally feeling some hope again

i was vegan for a long time and tbh it didn't make me feel better, what did help was waterfasting cycles and when i am eating i eat a lot of healthy foods all at once, so no food to induce autophagy plus lots of healthy food to repair the body and cells, i did dat for like a year and it de-aged me and i looked younger, like 3 years younger than i should.

it also gave me more resilience, able to deal with stress and turn it into a low flame of motivation.

so yes, go fruitarian, but keep in mind u need to eat a lot, cuz some fruitarians eat like 800 calories a day by accident cuz they think oh i ate so much food today, but it really wasn't enough cuz fruit and vegetables have low calories, so ironically they will have consumed just as much nutrients as a fat slob who eat 3-4k calories, cuz all food has nutrients, not just plants. but it's true, fully raw vegan diet of mostly fruit, nuts, seeds has the most nutrients IF YOU EAT 3K CALORIES A DAY LIKE YOU SHOULD. otherwise ur gonna look like those starving vegans.

I wasn't fully serious tbh. I will still eat meat, but mostly lean cuts. I was just so sugar and mineral deprived from keto, low carb, carnivore etc, that i feel really good from adding orange juice and cutting down the fat. Will try more of a ray peat approach

yeah obvi, i used pink himalayan salt, contains most of da minerals u need. a week is fine btw, my longest was like 2 weeks. my diet was close to perfect so my body always saved up nutrients and minerals i needed during da fasts.
