Is it possible to increase typing speed?

my typing speed is like 70 wpm, it used to be faster when i was younger.

how to improve?

I tried to learn 2 type with all fingers and it only mad eme slower then typing with the fingers i had always used. it's futile, increasing wpm is very hard
