in the us when u do a non scam phd they give u free tuition and then also a stipend ontop of that for living expenses etc but u have to do research in the lab and some teaching 

can be like 20-50k yearly given to u

yeah the tuition cost for public universities is covered by the state, same as u described, I think u are given a small monthly wage to cover your expenses, not sure whats the total amount

yeah one of the best periods of my life was playing for a few weeks 3v3 on aoe3 while VCing some drunk european subhumans every night at 4 am who were involuntarily being hilarious 

but idk, feel guilty killing my time with just vidya, maybe because I havent fully accepted there's nothing more for me to receive in this life
