I also think i look okayish

but females are not attracted to me, they dont show me iois. they probably expect me to approach them, but im unable to. and why should i approach when the probability is very high to get rejected, and rejection hurts. you see, makes no sense.

You need to cut the carbs / sugar, eat some raw or rare meat🥩 and walk🚶‍♂️ for 3-5 miles for 3 or 4 days per week.

Seriously, you can't succeed if you're not trying something to actually improve your health, which will make you look better. 

Also, get some good sleep. 🥹
