It DESTROYS you to lose fat and/or water too quickly from crash dieting, excess cardio, etc.

I did this myself many years ago AND I LOST TONS OF MUSCLE and GOT LOOSE SKIN. I got increased anxiety, high ADRENALINE and WENT HYPOTHYROID a bit for a while as I FORCED THIS TOO HARD and it fucked me badly then.

You gotta change diet and lifestyle n MENTAL ISSUES first before trying to seriously lose weight. If ur face is ugly and boneless you might be better off remaining fat slightly for PROTECTIVE benefits and to COPE than be bone dry & sick.

Also, depending on your current muscle/fat you may need ANDROGENS/DHT/THYROID/etc. to preserve as you slim down a lot. Also, it is SUFFERING as your body is not MEANT to swing back and forth BUT REMAIN STABLE. Make NOTES.

Yeah but the truth is even if you lose weight you will not get women, so whats the point? 99 % of men in the west dont get women bro, all those 99 % cant be overweight right?

Unless youre losing weight for health or for your own self esteem then its okey
